A short drive away from Nadi yet feels like a world away from the hustle and bustle is the First Landing Beach Resort. The resort is a haven for a family getaway with the Nalamu Kids Club available to entertain your kids with Fijian fun and games. The waterfront resort has bures (Fijian word for a bungalow), apartments and even private villas with their own pool to cater to families big and small. 2. Fiji Marriott Resort Momi Bay

The luxury resort on the edge of a blue lagoon is a place where both you and your kids will have a hard time leaving. The Turtles Kids’ Club has both indoor and outdoor play areas with a children’s play park, as well as scheduled activities to engage in the Fijian culture. The contemporary family bures overlooking the lagoon are the perfect place to relax and enjoy some quality family time together.

5. Ramada Suites Wailoaloa Beach

Fiji time” is best spent on the waterfront, so consider staying in the Ramada Suites at Nadi’s Wailoaloa Beach. There are two types of rooms suitable for families at the Tanoa Skylodge Hotel. The Superior Rooms sleeps three people (or four for an extra FJ$30-$40 charge), while the Family Room has its own cooking facilities and sleeps up to four people (five at an extra charge). Enjoy a family holiday without breaking the bank at the Grand West’s Villas. The two-bedroom two-storey villas, each room with an ensuite, gives parents and kids their own space, while the kitchen is a pleasant place for family time, as is the tennis court and swimming pool complete with a waterslide! Their Family Self-Contained Villas have kitchen facilities to spruce up your own creations – perhaps from one of the local produce markets. 9. Bayview Cove Resort

Located on the outskirts of Nadi, Bayview Cove Resort offers two-bedroom Villas that can accommodate up to six people. You’ll have a fully-equipped kitchen for that “home away from home” feel. Between the lush garden walkways and riverside views, there’s a pool, restaurant with kids meals, barbecue facilities and free WiFi available.
