Adult-Only Resorts on the Pacific Harbour and Beqa Island
Let’s be honest, not all of us want to spend our “Fiji time” surrounded by over-enthusiastic children. So set the tone right by staying in one of the adult-only accommodation on the Pacific Harbour and Beqa Island. While there is only one adult-only resort in the Pacific Harbour region, there are a couple of resorts on Beqa Island that mostly attract an adult clientele of honeymooners and couples. We also offer a couple of Pacific Harbour holiday home suggestions giving you the privacy you’re probably seeking.
Plus, get more tips from our The Adult Only Guide to Pacific Harbour & Beqa.
1. Royal Davui Island Resort
An eco-friendly adult-only resort on its own private island… How can you go wrong?! The Royal Davui Island Resort is a luxury resort with 16 villas, each with a private plunge pool. Not that you need to spend too much time in the pool, with the crystal clears waters of the Beqa Lagoon right on your doorstep. Everything is organised for you at this five-star resort, from meals (including in-villa, private dining and sunset canapes at the restaurant), cultural entertainment, WiFi and use of non-motorised watersports equipment. The resort also has a “responsible luxury” ethos, which you can learn more about in our 10 Feel-Good Fiji Eco Resorts.

2. Lalati Resort & Spa
Kick back and relax with no disturbance at the Lalati Resort & Spa on Beqa Island. With only 16 villas, suites and cottages, you’ll find a much more peaceful experience than what’s found in Fiji’s larger resorts. So what makes Lalati Resort ideal for an adult-only holiday? Although they are open to any type of traveller, their range of Honeymoon Villas, Garden Honeymoon Suite, Beachfront Honeymoon Suite and cottages scattered in private areas across the resort makes it ideal for a couples’ getaway. What’s more, the resort specialises in romance, offering a “romance” and several wedding packages. Find out more in our Wedding & Honeymoon Guide to the Pacific Harbour & Beqa.

3. Kulu Bay Resort
Why do so many couples choose the Kulu Bay Resort? Maybe it’s the tranquillity of the secluded bay on Beqa Island? Perhaps it’s the fact that there are only seven bures on at the resort? Or maybe it’s because the resort offers tempting romance and wedding packages? Whatever the reason, Kulu Bay Resort is the closest thing you’ll find to an adult-only resort without the “adult-only” stamp. Each spacious bure has a king bed, a private wrap-around deck, a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a separate bathtub and an airy lounge. While the resort doesn’t go overboard on design or “frills”, the surroundings, cuisine and activities available will still feel luxurious.

4. The White Self-Contained Cottage
This holiday home provides an adult-only experience on the basis that, well, holiday homes only have the guests that you choose to stay with! For instance, this three-bedroom cottage on the Pacific Harbour sleeps up to nine people, which is ideal for a group getaway. Alternatively, the cottage is priced so well that it would even provide a good private space for couples looking for more affordable accommodation. While the cottage might not be winning any style points, it still makes a good base to retreat to at the end of the day after exploring the Pacific Harbour and doing all the 10 Adult-Only Activities on the Pacific Harbour & Beqa.

The open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area is airy and spacious – ideal for a social holiday with friends or loved ones. What’s more, the villa has its own private pool.
