Nadi International Airport (NAN)
Nadi International Airport is Fiji’s main international airport. It’s the airport that most travellers will arrive in when flying from overseas to Fiji. Nadi International Airport is located in Namaka, about 10 km (6 mi) from the city centre of Nadi and around 190 km (118 mi) from Fiji’s capital city, Suva. While Nadi International Airport deals with around 97% of international visitors in Fiji, it’s also a hub for domestic flights. Nadi Airport has a frequent international flight schedule with Australia, New Zealand, the US, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, Solomon Islands, New Caledonia, Nauru, Tonga, Samoa, Kiribati, Wallis and Futuna, Tuvalu, French Polynesia and Vanuatu.
Domestic Flights at Nadi International Airport
Nadi Airport is the main hub for interisland travel in Fiji. Nausori International Airport (SUV)
Nausori International Airport is Fiji’s second international airport. While the airport does not see as many international flights as Nadi International Airport, Nausori International Airport operates many of Fiji’s domestic flights. Nausori International Airport is located in Nausori, around 23 km (14 mi) north of Suva.

Nausori Airport has a weekly or twice-weekly international flight schedule with Tuvalu.
Domestic Flights at Nausori International Airport

It’s worth noting that Nausori International Airport is a relatively small facility compared to Fiji’s main international gateway, Nadi International Airport.

Domestic Airports on the Outer Islands
The airports on the outer islands of Fiji are as basic as they come, with no facilities other than bathrooms and a small building for check-in. There are no ATMs, no cafes, nothing, so come prepared. On the plus side, you often have close views of the planes landing right next to you on the runways, which is pretty exciting.

While there are more airfields in Fiji than listed below, these are the airports you can travel to through the domestic airlines of Fiji Link and Northern Air. Other airfields are used to transport supplies or for private island transfers to nearby resorts.
- Cicia Airport (ICI) (Lau Islands) – Basic bathrooms.
- Vunisea Airport (KDV) (Kadavu) – Bathrooms on-site.
- Koro Island Airport (KXF) (Lomaiviti Islands) – Grass runway.
- Labasa Airport (LBS) (Vanua Levu) – Suitable for larger aircraft. Bathrooms on-site.
- Lakeba Airport (LKB) (Lau Islands) – Sealed runway, limited facilities.
- Rotuma Airport (RTA) – Sealed runway.
- Savusavu Airport (SVU) (Vanua Levu) – Bathrooms and souvenir stalls.
- Matei Airport (TVU) (Taveuni) – Bathrooms, canteen and a souvenir store.
- Vanuabalavu Airport (VBV) (Lau Islands) – Limited facilities.
- Moala Airport (MFG) (Lau Islands) – Limited facilities.
- Levuka Airfield (LEV) (Lomaiviti Islands) – Also known as Bueta Airport. Gravel runway and bathroom facilities.
